Neil Hooley
Managing Partner / Founder /
Investor Relations
Neil Hooley is the managing partner of Kingdom Capital Partners, a privately held, multifamily investment company. Neil has a passion for people by helping structure and provide passive high yield income for investors. Neil is a strategic thinker who creatively comes up with solutions on a daily basis.
Neil has worked along side two non-profit organizations over the last 15 years, helping them think creatively and implement organizationally ways to raise capital and expand. Neil has also participated in several commercial building renovations, through capital raising, project management, construction, general contracting and casting vision.
As an entrepreneur and father of three little girls, Neil is also co-owner along side of his wife Mindy & CEO, of Sweet Hooligans Design, a home & kitchen e-commerce business which specializes in soft linen fabric personalized gifts. Neil has learned the strategies of marketing, team building, dealing with manufactures, shipping and negotiations of all kinds.
Ben Kellum
Managing Member / Acquisitions /
Operations
Ben is a managing member with Kingdom Capital Parters and has close eyes on every deal that comes through.
He has been a licensed realtor and dedicated fiduciary for his clients in New Jersey the last five years. Ben is no stranger to real estate operations and transactions, making him a perfect fit to coordinate multifamily acquisitions and promote business development.
Throughout his career, he’s developed a broad understanding of property management through IREM (Institution of Real Estate Management) education and hands on multifamily maintenance in Philadelphia.
Outside of Real Estate, Ben loves to run, travel, and spend time with friends and family. He hopes to build his portfolio with Kingdom Capital and cultivate relationships for years to come.
